• The City of Keene in conjunction with the Home Builders Association is offering a seminar on the 2009 International Energy Conservation Code.  Registration for this event MUST be before March 19th. with the class taking place on Monday April 9th at the Keene Public Library.  The cost is $60.00 which includes lunch and work books.
