Renewable Energy Source Eligibility

To apply for renewable energy source eligibility, please submit 5 copies of the completed application and cover letter to:

The cover letter must include complete contact information and identify the class for which the applicant seeks eligibility. Pursuant to Puc 2500, the Commission is required to render a decision on an application within 45 days upon receiving a completed application. Renewable Energy Source Eligibility for Sources with a Capacity of Greater than 100 Kilowatts

The application for sources with a nameplate capacity of greater than 100 kilowatts must demonstrate that the source is eligible in accordance with RSA 362-F:4 and include all information pursuant to Puc 2505.02.

Renewable Energy Source Eligibility for Sources with a Capacity of 100 Kilowatts or Less

The application for sources with a nameplate capacity of 100 kilowatts or less must meet the requirement set forth in RSA 362-F:4 and include the information requirements established in Puc 2505.08.
