Does the Company have an expert witness who would participate in future default service supply filings and be available at hearings to answer Capacity Market questions from the Commission? If so, please state this person's name and position in the Company. Also, has the Company taken any measures to protect its customers from the potential impacts on charges to capacity load obligation increases? Does the Company have a strategy to work with its large customers to control or reduce peak load or ICAP tags, to ultimately lower rates with respect to the Capacity Market? If so, please outline the Company's strategy to control customers' electric bills through efficiently managing their peak demand.
