New Hampshire State Charges:
- Renewable Portfolio Standard: Purchases of energy certificates associated with solar, wind, hydro, and biomass energy generation
- Revenue Decoupling charges for Liberty and Unitil and Lost Base Revenue charges for Eversource which pay the utilities for any energy efficiency savings achieved
- System Benefits Charges: Costs for the Energy Efficiency and Electric Assistance Programs
- Stranded costs: Costs charged to ratepayers when electric utilities will not recover policy-driven costs, such as infrastructure deemed redundant upon the divestiture of vertically integrated monopolies, Net Metering, and Regional Green House Gas (RGGI) costs.
