Register as a new
user
Before submitting reports
electroncally to the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission (Commission),
you must first register with the Commission. You can access the
Registration Request page from the main Login screen by clicking on the
"Need to Register?" button. Once the Registration form is visible, you
must complete all fields on the form, which include:

Your Email Address. It
is critical that you enter this address correctly; otherwise, the system will
not recognize you and you will be unable to login. In the event your email
address changes, you will need to repeat the registration process using your
new email address, or you may also contact the Commission and request your
email address be changed.

Your Name. Please enter your
first name, followed by your last name.

Street Address. The full street
address where your company or firm is located.

City. The full name of the city
where your company or firm is located.

Stat/Province. Please enter the
two character abbreviation of the state or province where your company or firm
is located.

Zip Code. The five digit or
extended nine digit Zip Code must be entered here.

Telephone Number. Your phone
number should be entered in the form (603)271-1234.

Password. The password you would
like to use in the ERF system

Confirm Password. This field confirms
that you have entered your requested password correctly.
- Choose Utility. Select the utility/utilities
you represent by clicking them and clicking the "Add>>" button to move them to the "Selected Utilities" box.
Once you have completed this form and clicked the
"Submit" button, a popup message will appear in your browser and you will be
redirected to the login page after clicking the OK button in
this message box. An email confirming your registration request will be
sent to you, as well as the NHPUC. You will be notified by the Commission
via email when you have been added as a user to the ERF system.
