New Hampshire Low-Moderate Income Community Solar Projects Costs and Benefits Report (6/1/20)

In 2019, the General Court passed Senate Bill 165 requiring the Commission to report on the costs and benefits of Low-Moderate Income (LMI) Community Solar no later than June 1, 2020.  The report that follows describes proposed projects as well as the annual costs and benefits of the three projects that were operational in 2019.

Results and Effectiveness of the System Benefits Charge (10/1/2019)

The system benefits charge is a per kWh charge on the bills of electric customers that funds the energy efficiency and low-income programs.  This report provides program results for the 2019 EERS program year and the 2018-2019 Electric Assistance Program (EAP) program year.

New Hampshire Renewable Energy Fund Annual Report (10/1/2019)

New Hampshire’s Renewable Energy Fund is designed to stimulate investment in low emission renewable energy generation technologies within the state.  This report describes the program results for fiscal year 2019 – July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 – and summarizes compliance data for calendar year 2018.
