Under New Hampshire law RSA 367:2, I(c), which took effect August 10, 2012, some ILECs are  also considered to be “excepted local exchange carriers” (ELECs). As of November 5, 2012, these ILECs are also ELECs:

  • Bretton Woods
  • Dixville Telephone Company
  • FairPoint Communications
