Disclosure Summary Template Forms

Effective November 1, 2017 pursuant to Puc 2004.02 (f), suppliers shall ensure that a summary of the terms of service shall be provided to each residential and small commercial customer using the “Disclosure Summary Template Form” dated 06/2017 and delivered using the customer’s preferred form of communication.  The Disclosure Summary Template Forms for residential and small commercial customers, in Word and PDF formats, may be viewed through the following links.

 

Competitive Electric Power Supplier Quarterly Sales Report Form

Below is a link to a quarterly sales report form which a Competitive Electric Power Supplier may use to report quarterly sales information required by Puc 2006.03 for each quarter of the calendar year.  The report is due April 30 for the preceding quarter ending March 31, July 31 for the preceding quarter ending June 30, October 31 for the preceding quarter ending September 30, and January 31 for the quarter ending December 31 of the prior calendar year.  Use of this specific form is not a requirement for preparing the report.

 

Assessment Information

Pursuant to Senate Bill 324, effective July 1, 2014, Competitive Electric Power Suppliers are subject to an annual assessment of $10,000 and providers of electric load aggregation are subject to an annual assessment of $2,000. A supplier or aggregator may be eligible for an exemption from the assessment for a year if it earned less than $10,000 in gross New Hampshire revenue during the preceding fiscal year ending on June 30, and it submits an exemption form confirming the applicable revenue total for that fiscal year.

If you have earned less than $10,000 in gross revenue during fiscal year 2020 (July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020), then you may be eligible for an exemption from the fiscal year 2021 assessment. If you believe you are eligible for this exemption, you can file a claim for the exemption by completing and submitting the appropriate exemption claim form.
